iDeal

The most widely used online payment method in the Netherlands is iDeal. You only have to choose your bank and authorise the payment (for example with a TAN-code or card reader). The amount is paid immediately. This means that FSIR bike can quickly begin to prepare your order. 

Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express)

Also a widely used payment method. The amount is paid immediately, so FSIR bike can quickly begin to prepare your order. 

Bank transfer

Transferring the amount yourself is also an option. Select this option in the payment module and follow the steps indicated there. Your FSIR bike will be dispatched as soon as the amount due has been received.

You do not pay any delivery costs, the FSIR bike is delivered to your home free of charge.

Delivery method

Received assembled at home:                   2-3 workdays

The FSIR bike is delivered in its original transport packaging so that the FSIR bike will not be damaged during transport. With the exception of the pedals, your FSIR bike is fully assembled. So you only have to fit these yourself.

Every bike comes with clear instructions for assembling the FSIR bike.

Yes, FSIR bike (part of Falko B.V.) guarantees the following parts of the FSIR bike for the periods stated below:

  • Frame: 5 years
  • Other parts: 2 years
    No guarantee is given for parts which are subject to wear, (otherwise than in a case of faulty construction and/or material use). This includes, among other things, inner tubes and tyres, spokes, chains, chain rings, pedals, crank, freewheel, brake pads, rear sprocket, cables, saddles, handgrips, etc.

We recommend that the FSIR bike should be given a service once each calendar year.

Of course it is always possible that you may wish to return the product(s) that you have ordered, for a variety of reasons. In the case of online purchases you have a legal cooling off period of 14 days, within which you can return your order if it is not as you wished. In this case we would ask you to inform us via the contact form. We will deal with your return request as soon as possible.

The following rules apply to products returned: Only unused goods which are returned to us complete and in original condition, and as far as possible in their original undamaged packaging, will be eligible for a refund. 

If the request meets these conditions we will have the products collected from your home by our delivery company on a date to be further agreed.
